Hi, I am a Computer Science (Major) and Mathematics (Minor) Bachelor’s student at Arizona State University, working under Dr. Heewook Lee.

I tentatively plan to graduate with a B.S. in Computer Science in Spring 2026 and aspire to code and publish at high-growth companies, research labs in industry, whichever is more cutting edge. I am actively on the lookout for full-time new graduate engineering/research roles for Summer 2026 and beyond. If you’re interested in working with me otherwise, please reach out!

Career Interests
The impact of Machine Learning (ML) Research Scientist and ML Engineer roles are closely linked to my values and interests. Through my projects, I seek to productively employ a toolstack of ML skills- Stochastic modelling and Software Engineering (SWE) skills- Site Reliability (SRE), DevOps, and Cloud.

Research Interests
I’ve yet to develop them completely. I’m exploring algorithm design for ML models in applications for biology (genetics and immunology). Molecular -omics sequencing, and protein structure design and prediction seem the most interesting. I am interested in machine learning interpretability, graph representation learning, model uncertainty, unsupervised and active learning, and causal inference. I am passionate about their applications to improve human productivity and decision making in domains like healthcare, and life sciences.
